The Voter Registration Office maintains voter rolls, processes potential candidates and handles campaign finance reports. The staff is knowledgeable in federal, state and local laws and codes. The Office and its three-member Electoral Board is responsible for virtually all aspects for voter registration and election administration in the city of Manassas Park.

Provisional Ballot Meeting and Primary Canvas

The purpose of the provisional meeting is to give voters who voted a provisional ballot the opportunity to provide the Electoral Board with additional information pertaining to a provisional ballot that a voter cast during the June 8, 2021 primary election. The Board will make the final decisions on all provisional ballots. Following the provisional meeting the Board will go right into certifying the results of the election.
June Democratic Primary
Manassas Park is having a Democratic Primary on June 08, 2021. This election will be for the Governor, the Lieutenant Governor, and the Attorney General races (See Sample Ballot Below). This is an open primary.
To vote absentee (by mail), please visit here to apply for one to be mailed to you, or see form at the bottom of this page.
To vote absentee (in person), there will be a 45 day period prior to June 8th where you can visit the General Registrar at City Hall to vote in person early. You DO NOT need to apply in order to vote absentee in person.
City Hall will be open for In-Person Absentee Voting starting on Friday, April 23, 2021 from 8:30AM to 4:30PM. Drop boxes will also be available for you to drop off your mailed absentee ballots. Our hours are:
· April 23rd to June 8th
o Monday – Friday, 8:30AM to 4:30PM
We will have 2 Absentee Saturdays available closer to Election Day (June 8th):
· May 29th from 9:00AM to 5:00PM
· June 5th from 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Candidate packets will no longer be provided by Manassas Park Voter Registration. Potential candidates who want to run for Statewide or local office will need to visit the State Board of Elections to print out forms. However, you will still need to submit your paperwork to the Registrar’s office, located at City Hall.
Deadline to submit candidate paperwork is June 8, 2021. If you will be running with a Political Party, you will need to check with the Party for their requirements and deadlines.

Precint Two: Manassas Park Community Center, 99 Adams Street
Precint Three: Manassas Park City Hall, 1 Park Center Court
