The City of Manassas Park Code Enforcement Division works to make our community better and safer through proactive inspections, investigations of possible code violations, and public outreach and education to help residents find solutions to various code compliance issues. The Code Enforcement Officer works to ensure that properties in the City meet the minimum requirements and standards found in the Virginia Maintenance Code and the Manassas Park Zoning Ordinance.

  • Vacant or Dilapidated Structures
  • Accessory Structures 
  • Improper Outdoor Storage
  • Operating a Home Business without a Permit
  • Multiple Families in Single Family Housing
