The City of Manassas Park is committed to assisting residents who may be facing financial hardships due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The City of Manassas Park has been granted funds by Virginia for the COVID-19 Municipal Utility Relief Program, which provides residents and local businesses payment assistance on deliquent Water & Sewer bills. This program has no repayment requirements and is designed to assist municipal Water & Sewer customers experiencing economic hardship due to the COVID-19 pandemic. 

If you need help paying your delinquent Water & Sewer bill due to the pandemic, we encourage you to apply for payment assistance through the COVID-19 Municipal Utility Relief Pro-gram. To qualify for this option, you must attest that you are experiencing financial hardship due to the coronavirus public health emergency and submit application to Manassas Park no later than February 3, 2021. These funds will be administered by Manassas Park in accordance with the requirements of the Commonwealth.

1) Fill out the attached application (Customer Intake Form)

2) Drop off at the Treasurer's Night Box no later than 2/3/21
