Sergeant William Quesenberry and K-9 Partner Marshall
Officer William Quesenberry is a veteran officer with 17 years of law-enforcement experience, and canine partner Marshall is a 6 1/2 year old Black Labrador Retriever with over 4 years experience in Narcotics Drug Detection/Passive Tracking. The team consistently strives to work with other members of the agency to attack the drug problems that our community is facing on a daily basis. Through designated foot patrols, drug interdiction contacts and searches, the team works within the community to locate and prosecute those offenders involved. A secondary function of the team, is Passive Tracking for lost or endangered persons. The canine is able to locate them by way of utilizing the missing persons scent patterns through tracking. The K-9 team looks forward to assisting the City of Manassas
Park, and can be contacted through the police department at 703-361-1136
