The Community Services Division (CSD) is responsible for community based service programs, juvenile investigations, school liaison, the D.A.R.E. Program, Victim/Witness services, crime prevention programs, the Public Information Program, and administration of any future non-sworn volunteer and civilian programs. The Department is committed to the development and perpetuation of programs in support of these functions. The Department is also committed to establishing close ties with and resp onding to the needs of the community.
