4-H Youth Education and Virginia Cooperative Extension
Services: Community clibs; programs for targeted youth audiences include Rainbow 4-H Handicapped Riding, day and residential summer camp, and over 150 different projects, events or activities on a variety of subjects, and educational programs. Anyone ages 5 - 18 may participate.

Services: A hotline for counseling, information and referrals is maintained. Temporary two-week shelter with an "open door" policyfor adolescents in crisis. Counseling for individuals, groups, and families. Bilingual services are available.
