Welcome to Summer Extended Care! Our staff is working hard to make your child's summer great! Please see the above attachments for the registration and payment agreement form.
NOTE: This program is for children in grades K-5 (2009/2010) School Year. Your child MUST have completed Kindergarten in order to participate!
REGISTRATION FOR SUMMER 2010 EXTENDED CARE WILL BEGIN ON APRIL 1, 2010.
ALL PAPERWORK MUST BE COMPLETE OR REGISTRATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
(Paperwork includes a completed registration form, a birth certificate, a current copy of the child’s health record and shot record, and a registration and activity fee).
If your child is currently enrolled in the school year Extended Care program you will only need to pay the $40.00 activity fee per child.
Registration Fee: One Child $40.00/yr. Family: $70.00/yr.
Monday-Friday 6:00am - 6:30pm
Location: Manassas Park Community Center
*Extended Care will be closed June 21–June 25 and August 30–Sept. 3, 2010.
Note: We do not offer multiple sibling discounts for the summer.
